Chancellor’s Customer Service Awards (CCSAs)
Chancellor Erroll B. Davis, Jr. recognizes outstanding customer service performances throughout the system. The Chancellor's Customer Service Awards were created to honor employees that have gone "above and beyond" their normal job responsibilities in helping their customers and consistently promoting excellence by providing faster, friendlier and easier services to our constituents.
The program was established in 2007 and has resulted in improved customer satisfaction and student retention.
